Meditation & Visualisation Group

I am now Running four Meditation Classes.  These classes allow you to be part of a group, where you can give yourself time out of our busy lives to meditate and relax. Finding the space to realign mind, body and spirit in a peaceful and loving environment.
In this group you will be able to experience how meditation and healing practice could benefit your every day life. Promoting compassion, loving kindness, mindfulness, patience, tolerance, calm, inner peace and even a healthier life. It has definitely helped improved my own.
I have been practicing daily meditation for 25 years and have been running groups for 20 years in July 2017.
