Our workshops are focused on empowering you to find inner and outer confidence, continuing positive personal or spiritual growth and creating space for calm, peaceful experiences that will enlightenment you on your unique personal journey through life.
We hope to provide an experience that will help you discover and continue meditation and relaxation practices in an increasingly busy world.
There is no requirement to hold spiritual beliefs to learn meditation and relaxation; our workshops help you to let go of limiting thoughts, creating positive ways to create happiness, allowing your mind to relax and your body to calm. From this relaxed place the body can tap into its own intelligence, promoting healing, letting go of the past, opening to compassion and forgiveness. As you continue to surrender the ties that bind you to negative patterns, you learn to connect to positive beliefs, finding pleasure in learning; you start to practice feeling good, feeling empowered, feeling successful, feeling worthy and feeling excited about the abundance that life has to offer.
Through 25 years of continual study and personal practice Sal has found many ways in which to guide you on a discovery to explore your true nature; reawakening your own personal empowerment and positive beliefs.
Sal’s own personal experience has changed positively from practices such as Meditation, EFT, Mantra, Yoga, Bowen Technique, Cranio-Sacral and Energy Healing. She runs Meditation Classes, Healing Workshops, Yoga classes and Workshops and has a busy treatment practice. She continues on her own paths of inquiry, discovery, enlightenment and peace which she openly shares with those who enjoy her classes, workshops, treatments and with those who work with her.
Sal loves to share workshops with other practitioners and works regularly to support her fellow therapists.
“Mindfulness meditation doesn’t change life. Life remains as fragile and unpredictable as ever. Meditation changes the heart’s capacity to accept life as it is. It teaches the heart to be more accommodating, not by beating it into submission, but by making it clear that accommodation is a gratifying choice.” by Sylvia Boorstein
