We hope to provide an experience that will help you discover and continue meditation and relaxation practices in an increasingly busy world.
There is no requirement to hold spiritual beliefs to learn meditation and relaxation; our workshops help you to let go of limiting thoughts, creating positive ways to happiness, allowing your mind to relax and your body to calm. From this relaxed place the body can tap into its own intelligence, promoting healing, letting go of the past, opening to compassion and forgiveness. As you continue to let go of the ties that bind you to negative patterns, you learn to connect to positive beliefs and find pleasure in learning; you start to practice feeling good, feeling empowered, feeling successful, feeling worthy and feeling excited about the abundance that life has to offer.
Through 20 years of continual study and personal practice Sal has found many ways in which to guide you on a discovery to explore your true wonderful self; reawakening your own personal empowerment and positive beliefs.
Sal’s own personal experience has changed positively from practices such as meditation, EFT, mindfulness, yoga, Bowen technique, Cranio-sacral and healing. She runs meditation classes, workshops and has a busy treatment practice and continues on her own discovery to enlightenment and peace which she openly shares with those who enjoy her classes, workshops and treatments.
